Not even poop?

The college I work for operates a clinical center. I went in for a few hours today with a coworker to replace a number of the computers in the labs there - we could get it done without interrupting the staff or students, or taking a big chunk of our workday, and we made some overtime too.

They have a couple single-occupancy, non-gendered bathrooms, and this sign was hanging in one of them. I'm guessing it refers to stuff like paper towels or tampons, but it would also seem to exclude, well, the kind of stuff one normally goes into a bathroom to deposit in the toilet.
