Nothing like opening a fresh case of Apples...

We had some money left in our budget at work at the end of the fiscal year, and I had a few users who I owed new machines to, plus it's always good to have extras in stock for when I need a replacement machine NOW. So I ordered a couple MacBooks from Apple's education store. One nice thing is that the Ed Store offers 5 and 10 packs of MacBooks - perfect for a college. It shaves off $20 a computer, helps the environment, and, well, there's just something cool about a 5-pack of laptops.

In typical Apple fashion, they are still creatively packed, with the adapters artistically arranged at the top and a cocoon of styrofoam protecting them from angry UPS drivers.
